Two Rivers Utilities will utilize non-destructive methods, up to, and including CCTV to investigate the public sanitary sewer system serving the requested property. If a sanitary sewer tap is found, the approximate location of the tap will be marked with green paint on the ground. Please note that Two Rivers Utilities does not guarantee a sanitary sewer tap will be found servicing the requested property. In addition, if a sanitary sewer tap is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to find or install a sewer clean out on the right-of-way line.

Non-Refundable Fee for this service is $220.

Fee must be paid prior to service being performed.

Payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the City of Gastonia, may be:

• mailed to City of Gastonia Customer Service, P.O. Box 1748, Gastonia, NC 28053-1748​ with a copy of this form
• ​paid in person at the Garland Business Center, 1st Floor, 150 S York St, Gastonia, NC 28052

Once payment is received and confirmed, City staff will contact you by phone within 10 business days with the results.
